• Multi-Screenshot Analysis: Capable of analyzing up to 4 screenshots per analysis.
• Comprehensive Evaluation Metrics: Includes various metrics such as:

  • Intention Analysis
  • Compatibility Match
  • Mood Map
  • Message Decor
  • Additional proprietary metrics designed to enhance user insights.

3.2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. User Registration and Account Security

4.1. Account Creation

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account creation process.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One Account Per User: Each user is allowed to create only one account.
• Authentication Options: Users can create an account using Google Authentication and/or Apple Authentication.

4.2. Account Security

• Confidentiality of Credentials: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: Users must notify us immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.
• No Sharing or Transferring Access: Users may not share or transfer their account access to others.
• Prohibition of Automated Account Creation: Accounts must not be created through automated means.
  

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1. Premium Plans

• Weekly Premium:
  • Includes 5 analyses per week.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Provides access to all standard features.
• Monthly Premium:
  • Includes 15 analyses per month.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Provides access to all standard features.

5.2. Additional Credits

• Purchase Options: Additional credits are available in packages of 5, 10, or 20.
• Non-Refundable: Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• No Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as the account remains active. The credits expire in case that the subscription is inactive.
• Transfer Restrictions: Credits may not be transferred or resold.

5.3. Billing and Cancellation

• Non-Refundable Fees: All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscription Activation: Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Changes in Subscription: Any changes to the subscription will take effect in the next billing cycle.
• Price Changes: Users will be notified in advance of any price changes.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1. Content Requirements

• Maximum File Size: The maximum file size for each screenshot is 50MB.
• Ownership and Permissions: Users must either own the content they upload or have obtained the necessary permissions to share it.
• Third-Party Rights: Uploaded content must not violate any third-party rights.
• Compliance with Laws: All uploaded content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6.2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Explicit or Adult Content: Any form of explicit or adult material is not allowed.
• Violence or Graphic Content: Content depicting violence or graphic imagery is prohibited.
• Hate Speech or Discriminatory Content: Any content that promotes hate speech or discrimination is strictly forbidden.
• Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or engages in illegal activities is not permitted.
• Harassment or Bullying: Any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation is prohibited.
• Impersonation or Misrepresentation: Users may not impersonate others or misrepresent their identity.
• Spam or Commercial Solicitation: The posting of spam or commercial solicitations is not allowed.

6.3. Content Monitoring

• Automated Screening: All uploaded content will undergo automated screening for compliance with our policies.
• Immediate Rejection of Prohibited Content: Prohibited content will be immediately rejected and not processed.
• No Storage of Rejected Content: Rejected content will not be stored on our servers.
• Right to Terminate Analysis Without Refund: We reserve the right to terminate analysis of any content that violates these guidelines without providing a refund.

7. Data Privacy and Security

• Authentication Information: Data necessary for user authentication and account security.
• User Profile Data: Information related to user profiles, including preferences and settings.
• Usage Statistics: Data that tracks how users interact with the Service.

• Temporary Screenshot Data: Screenshots uploaded for analysis are stored temporarily during processing.
• Technical Information: Information about the user’s device and connection, which may include IP addresses and browser types.

• Automatic Deletion After Analysis: Once content is analyzed, it is automatically deleted from our servers.

• Third-Party Sharing for Analysis: To facilitate analysis and provide results, content may be shared with third-party partners. These partners adhere to strict data handling policies, including options for Zero Data Retention (ZDR), ensuring that data is processed transiently and not stored beyond the request unless explicitly required.
• No Use for Model Training: Under no circumstances is the data shared with third parties used to train models or for any purpose beyond the agreed analysis.
• Third-Party Responsibility: While we carefully select our partners, any storage or handling of data on their servers falls under their respective policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

• No Unauthorized Access Attempts: Any unauthorized attempts to access or manipulate the service are strictly prohibited.
• No Copying or Reproducing Service Elements: Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any elements of the service without explicit permission from the Company.

• The results should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or judgment.
• Users should use the results as general guidance and not as definitive conclusions.

9.2. Technical Limitations

• While we strive to provide reliable service, availability is not guaranteed at all times.
• The performance of the service may be influenced by various factors, including network conditions and system load.
• Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
• There may be instances where analysis fails or produces incomplete results.

9.3. Liability Limitations

By Company:

• Accounts may be terminated due to suspicious activity or extended periods of inactivity.
• Termination may also occur to comply with legal requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
